Our patients ask a lot of questions—rightfully so! So we’ve put together a few of the most frequently asked questions to address some of the most common concerns. If you still have a query that is not addressed here, please send us a note. We’re always happy to help arm you with the information you need.

I'm not sure about the treatments you offer and what I might want or need. Can I talk to someone in your clinic first?

Absolutely. We offer free 15-minute consultations to help determine what’s best for you and your situation. You will be encouraged to ask questions about service and products. Relax and take your time, too. We’re here for you.

You say you offer 'natural results'. What does this mean?

Be Beautiful Medical takes pride in providing effective, non-surgical treatments that enhance your facial features and don’t change them. We want you to look like you—only more refreshed and rejuvenated!

Are there any risks to the aesthetic procedures you provide?

We place a premium on patient comfort and safety. There are risks from any medical procedure, but for the non-surgical treatments we offer, they are minimal. As an example, an injection treatment may lead to a chance of bruising, swelling or redness after an injection treatment.  In very rare instances there can be infection or damage to a blood vessel or nerve. We always discuss the risks and address your concerns at your pre-treatment consultation.

What should I do in preparation for my treatment?

When you schedule a treatment with us, we will provide you with comprehensive pre-treatment instructions that are specific to your treatment. It’s important that you follow them. As a general rule, you should discontinue any anti-inflammatory medications 2-3 days prior to your treatment as these can cause bruising at the injection site.

I have a special event coming up soon. When should I schedule my treatment?

We strongly recommend scheduling your treatment at least 2 weeks prior to the event so that you have enough time to recover from the possible swelling, bruising, or redness.

What should I do after my treatment?

One of the benefits of non-surgical aesthetic treatments is the minimal downtime! After your treatment, we will provide you with customized home care instructions Dr. Suess will require to see you 2-4 weeks following your treatment. Please ensure that you schedule this appointment the day of your procedure.

What do you recommend as a skincare routine?

A proper skin care regime is crucial in maintaining our skin’s health and vitality. A basic protocol—appropriate for most clients—should include a cleanser, followed by a moisturizer and broad-spectrum sun protection. It can be beneficial to include exfoliation several times a week, depending on your skin’s age and condition.

Some people may require the addition of specialized products to their skin care routine in order to improve their skin’s condition. You might consider an active treatment to target specific skin needs or concerns like redness, wrinkles, acne and hyperpigmentation. We place a priority in individualizing a skin care regime that addresses your needs, priorities and lifestyle. Feel free to connect with us to discuss how we can help optimize your skin.

We’re here to help you feel beautiful.
